I was dissapointed in the weight of the quilt and the color was darker than it looked I like to return it but that bag it was wrapped in is gone plus I cannot get the wrinkles to come out what can I do know thanks

I bought this item on sep 1 with other items. I received everything except this one. All of them delivered via different couriers. My order said delivered and I never got it. Call after 6 days and customer service said I couldn’t get a refund or credit cause they said on there end it was delivered and it was but to a different city at the UPS dock. I’ve been doing my own investigation through UPS app and they said (incomplete documentation received- this claim requires additional documentation from the sender to complete the process. So I’m guessing they won’t deliver it to my house cause they never told UPS to deliver to my house. Well there you go. How’s this my problem? It ain’t but Macy’s customer service still wants to charge me and won’t help any more. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and I’ve never had a complain but this is ridiculous. At this point the way I feel I will be canceling my Macy’s cards and won’t shop at this store anymore.
