I was dissapointed in the weight of the quilt and the color was darker than it looked I like to return it but that bag it was wrapped in is gone plus I cannot get the wrinkles to come out what can I do know thanks

Not delivered
I have not received this product. I tried to call customer service but can’t get past the automated options to actually speak to someone. Same with the chat…no relevant responses received.
