These are the prettiest most well made sheets I've ever owned. They are so soft and do not wrinkle. They wash well too. I will not own another brand from now on. You won't be disappointed if you buy.

I love the softness of this duvet and bought it because it was cotton and had a zipper which is so much easier than buttons. After I washed it, I noticed this lovely duvet had a 10 inch rip at the zipper … like it was sewn incorrectly …. I spent a while stitching it by hand to remedy but am upset that I had to do that… I am keeping this duvet because it is such a pain to return … I am disappointed in this defect though.

Gave as a gift to my daughter, she washed the duvet following the instructions, and it frayed, stitching came apart and shrunk. Sticking to Hotel Bedding and Charter Club in the future!

Unfortunately there was mildew on the pillow shams. I'm sure it's from storage but it's such a shame. I saw that in multiple reviews on multiple different bedding products so I thought Macy's would be a good bet. Not fun as it was a Christmas gift for somebody. 🤢

This set is nice, but it’s too expensive for what it is….I’ve bought nicer duvets, (Charter Club), that were more substantial, and the colors more rich. I got the Ivory/Beige, bc I have a white one already, so I thought it’d match most sheets I have….Just kind of lackluster & not worth the price.

Loose strings everywhere. Broken zipper. Poor stitching. I was disappointed in the quality. It wasn’t worth what i got it on sale for, let alone full price.

Lots of holes in the zipper. Very flimsy. Lots of wrinkles. I will be returning.
DO NOT BUY Defective zipper and super wrinkly
The zipper is VERY cheap, low quality, flimsy, and was ripped apart from the seam in THREE places when I opened the package. I purchased on black friday 2025. Also it is very wrinkly fabric - soft but the shams won't work as you will never get the wrinkles out of them unless you iron.
