Horrible condition

I was disappointed with the color, it was somewhat a soiled yellow. Appeared as it is not new or clean.

color is not the same as the picture

The comforter I received is cream/ off white and black stripes, I ordered white comforter with grey stripes and the design is different than the picture I’m very disappointed it doesn’t match my bedroom furniture & fabrics
