I'll pass

The covered soup bowl is nice volume and shape. However, unlike the picture sent to Macy's website, the colors are faded, dullish. The base color is dingy. These were meant for presentation and the pleasure of guests. Embarrassingly cheap looking vs expectations relative to the pricing. Cannot comment on heat retention as they are still unused.

Large mug with beautiful print

I ordered these in blue to have something more whimsical than my all white collection of dinner ware. I love the Taika prints. Be advised, these mugs are quite large.
