The color differs from how it is pictured, its more of a pretty deep blue/green so maybe a teal color. It has sheer sleeves, and I loved the two pleats in the front that gave it some shape. The dress is super comfortable. I originally bought the XS in store. I tried it again at home and got online and checked the size chart. I knew, based on that, a size small would work perfect. I'd say true to size. The one I ordered online would not make it in time, but I found one at another Macy's. I love it! I'll be taking it on vacation to Italy later this year too. Super cute!

This appeared to be ocean-blue in the photos but it's actually dark teal; the fabric wasn't as described - it had a cheap, almost scratchy feel.
