INC International Concepts®' flowy maxi dress is a gorgeous pick designed with shimmery metallic dots throughout and an off-the-shoulder neckline. HERE'S THE STORY BEHIND ITS CREATION: Elizabeth, 5, is battling cancer. Her big wish was to design her own clothing like a true fashionista, so Make-A-Wish & Macy's Fashion Office helped her make that happen in January. We've guided her through the process—from inspiration to sketches to the creation of an actual dress that's now sold online & in select stores. Now through 12/31, Macy's will donate 20% of the sales price of this dress to Make-A-Wish to help more wishes like Elizabeth's come true.

I love this dress but I recommend down sizing I'm usually a large will have to return for a medium

FABULOUS, FUN & FLIRTY

Elizabeth is a fabulous junior designer! The fabric has beautiful gold flecks in it to make the dress fun and flirty. Being at the Glam Ma stage of life, I pulled the ruffle up on my shoulders for a peasant neckline rather than off the shoulder look. Very versatile! All my best to Elizabeth!

Lovely Dress

Beautiful fun flowy dress made with a lot of heart by a very excited little girl and a very generous team at Macy's. Love that part of the proceeds go to Make-A-Wish! Elizabeth's dress is sure to make you feel lovely inside and out!
