Dissatisfied - item too large and I can't exchange

so after I placed the order, it said that there is no return on this item. I received it and it is so so big on me. I do not think this is the right size. So, am I stuck with this item now because it is huge on me????

its not short leg

Comfortable, But Awkward Fit

I have several pair of INC jeans, in the same size and in the same wash and these just weren't it. They are super high rise which helps if you are trying to hide a muffin top. Mission accomplished on that one -- but it almost reaches my bra. (I should mention that I'm a mere 5'2", though I've had no such issues with high-rise jeans before. They are also supposed to be skinny jeans, but there is more 'give' in the legs than with a normal skinny fit. They're comfortable, but I just don't think it's a flattering fit. I may save for the weekend. (5'2", 170lb, size 10)
