Deadline of return when I have not yet recieved/

I purchased 2 have only recieved 1 (1 for me 1 a gift.) Yet I already have a deadline of 11/9? I have not even tried on yet,

To difficult to get out and it's heavy...

It's too difficult to get out. I think it's better if it has got a zipper.

Difficult to get in and out of

Nice dress, except construction does’t allow to get in and out of the dress easily.

The XL fit is flattering and the fabric is thin and cool for the summer months. Love it!

Dress has no zipper.

There is no zipper so if you are broad shoulders or big through the bust; your normal size won’t fit. I tried 3 different sizes and none worked.
