Cotton perfection

Love INC, always just somewhere over the top with pleasing design and great material, as this cotton skirt. I wore it for my Birthday with another top,also INC. Just lovely and perfect fit

disappointing

The background is pinkish not white as it appears on line. The small is not flattering and the medium would ha e been too big. I think this would look better on a tall person, I'm too short to carry this off (though I have many skirts this length that look good).

It's a beautiful skirt but I had to return it . It was too small.
