Item Not Recieved

I have NOT received this item which was placed on May 13 2025. and its May 28/ 2025. I am not happy when it keeps showing me "in transit" This is last chance item, so i'm thinking Macys wont refund for no delivery?

Wrong style

Very sheer. Runs a bit small. Very short. Didn’t look good on my body shape at all. I have a pear shaped body. Not the right style for me.
