waist is just a little to small

unfortunate I did not keep these pant. I really like the strip print and wanted them to go with a green top, I purchased from Macy. The material of these pants are very nice, I must admit. I purchased in petite size 8. they fit almost well but the waist was a bit small and did not give that much. I thought about a size 10 but sometimes when I go a size higher it than really takes away the look of a good fit, I am a little narrow in the hip area.

RUNS SMALL

These are very stylish looking pants. However, they run very small. I wear a 12p and these pants look hideous on me. Super tight, not attractive for my build. I have many many INC products in 12P that fit beautifully but I must return these
