Measurement Not As Indicated

This scarf is quite lovely but the truth is not given about its size. I've been looking for a yellow scarf. I was late shopping and they got gone. I found this multi yellow. It measures 21"x 55". Not the 70" as stated. Who would tell such a non-truth just to sale a scarf.
