Cute but runs small

i own several pairs of indigo reins and i'm normally an 11 or 13. these i had to order in a 15. they were too tight.

Cute, but long

I just received these today, and although they are super cute, they are also way too long for me. I am about 5'4'', and the rip on the knee (as it looks on the model) hits me around my shin lol. I would have to cut a good 4-5 inches to have these fit well. Needless to say, these are going back.
