Fish Oil

I love hiding these in my toddlers yogurt. They are incredibly fishy smelling and tasting but easy to hid in food and drinks!

Fishy Taste

Bought this product because the label states that there is "no fishy taste", but there is an awful fishy odor and taste. Appreciate the drops, for ease of dosage, but definitely cannot get around the taste. :(

Oily in Appearance

If you are on the fence with this supplement, do yourself a favor and just buy it. I know a lot of brands say "flavorless" but they 100% have a flavor... Mary Ruths I can assure you does not taste bad. Even a picky toddler will eat it.

These have been great!

I’m writing this primarily because I see so many bad reviews. My daughter has been taking this for years and has never complained about the taste. She takes it every night happily. There are very few quality vegan omega products for toddler. It has a seaweed taste, but most little kids I know love seaweed so I don’t see the problem. This product has been amazing for my daughter and our family. I would definitely encourage anyone to try it.

Worse than fishy smell - Updated review below.

While I love most of your products, the marketing on this is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I bought this because it says "no fishy smell" but what it doesn't state is that it is actually worse than a fishy smell. My 2year old spits it out everytime I try to give it to him even when masked in any other drink/smoothie. I just feel like I wasted money buying this. So dissatisfied with this one! ** An update: My previous review was a little harsh on this product. After being educated about why the smell in Omega 3's by the Mary Ruth Customer Care team, i realised it really isn't something they can control. The product is actually pretty good and since using it i have seen some improvement in my toddler's concentration and activities in general. He also somehow got used to the taste and now takes it WITHOUT being mixed with anything (literally a miracle!). Thank you guys so much for all your amazing products.
