Replaced my Dyson hair tool.

WOW! Just light. No air blowing. No noise. Can go from wet to styled in one step. Leaves a natural wave or curl. Reduces frizz and seals split ends!! The barrel can get very hot (450C) so be careful not to burn yourself.

caution- it can cause burns

So I bought this after an employee tested the appliance on my hair, and I thought my hair came out nice. Brought it home and threw away packaging etc. I used it yesterday and burn my finger off. They should supply gloves for using this. I was extremely upset as this has never happened to me before with other hair appliances. It’s ridiculous how hot this can get. Wish I could return it.

it didn’t even turn on

I am so disappointed because I was so excited to finally try it but it came defective and would not even turn on!

Easy to use

I love this item but it's hard to keep the heat setting the same. The heat control button is right where I hold the iron and as I'm using the iron my hand touches the heat control and alters the temp.
