Nice, but problems…

The set is nice looking, simple and classic. I like the shape of the bowls being the same width from top to bottom. One plate had a small discolored area, however, and a few of the pieces had some dimpling, leaving what looked like tiny black spots. I am keeping the set since I cannot get replacement pieces for just those that are flawed and I do not want to re-pack/return the whole set. Macy’s gave me a 25% off discount code for a future order. The moral of the story is: if you want perfection, you have to go into the store and look carefully before you buy!

Terrible Customer Service and Shipped wrong item

I was sent coffee cups and not this product I ordered. Called Customer service hung up on me, called back and was told I had to return to store across town before I could even receive my actual order of dishes. Called back for another customer service rep who said they would have ups pickup and contact me. Still no email or info from UPS on the order and it’s been over a week since I originally ordered the plate set.

Pretty but mixed quality

I bought three sets of these dishes in different colors. Unfortunately, over half of the dishes in each set have black marks or other flaws in the glaze. I am looking into returning them and I hope that the flawed ones can be replaced because the dishes are pretty.
