warming up tortillas and making pancakes only!
Good to warm up tortillas and make pancakes but when I roasted a jalapeño like the item description suggested. It was hard to clean afterwards, the nonstick coating got scratched by scrubbing it with a scotch brite green scrubber and discolored the pan. That means it’s not intended for roasting vegetables. I’ll just use it for first two options.

Carbon Steel Pan, but with a non-stick coating
I was expecting a carbon steel pan without any additional coating, the one I can season myself and use it. However, this came with a non stick coating. I would not have purchased it, had it been clear during the purchase process.

Love this comal and have used it a lot already! It fits perfectly over the burners on the stove. I've used this comal to warm tortillas. It heats evenly and is just thin enough that it makes tortilla warming perfect! It's also great as a griddle for pancakes! It's perfect for when I just want to make just a pancake or two instead of dragging out the huge driddle. They turned out great! It heats up fast, and I know we will use this over and over again!Highly recommended!

Great non-stick comal pan
My go-to pan! When they say this is non-stick, they truly mean it. I’ve been using it for just about everything, and the size is so convenient. The heat distribution is great and so far it’s held up well. I would definitely recommend to add to your kitchen arsenal.

The perfect pan
Perfect size to heat up tortillas, roti, or any other pancake like bread! The pan has a decent weight to it. It heats evenly. Truly non-stick, hardly need any fat to keep from sticking which makes it easy to clean. One thing I would say is the handle does get hot after a while.
