Don’t buy brands that don’t service their products
They do NOT sell the connector pins so if you lose one during moving, you need to buy a new GATE. That is tough on a family with little ones.

Save your money, buy something else.
Don't bother, find a better product, especially for the cost! I purchased mine a couple of months ago and it is flimsy, doesn't glide nicely at all. It is so difficult to open and close it that it has been ripped out of the wall already even with using plugs as you have to shake the gate a bit to have it glide back and forth. Very unimpressed and this certainly wouldn't be suitable on a set of stairs!

Do not trust!
The latch failed after less than 2 mths when my 12 mth old shook the gate. It opened completely with my son hanging over the stairwell. He could’ve fallen and probably wouldn’t have survived. When I called, “she will pass the info on to team”.

High quality but has firment issues
Did not work well when you have tall baseboard on either side. Really nice material and look when installed.

Great Design
I received this item a month ago and I must say I am impressed. Install was much easier then my old gate and it have shown to be study. I will be getting another one for my basement stairs.

Terrible service- Items received were damaged
I ordered two gates. Both came damaged. Both boxes were received damaged, but one item had damage not related to the shipping. I contacted the company to return them, ultimately wanting to exchange them, however, when I requested for them to pay for the shipping given the damage was due to improper packaging for shipment, they refused. And not only refused, but then dismissed me and ended my chat session.

Very easy to close
This is the second time we have purchased this gate. We like this gate because it is very easy to operate and we really like the auto-close feature. We have another gate that is not auto-close and it's a little finicky to close. With our second gate, the plastic inserts that the extension pins slide into were installed upside down so the extensions couldn't be installed, but I was able to carefully pry them out and flip them to the correct direction without damaging anything.
