Tufted Chenille Comforter

Loved the chenille spread, but the tufting was coming out almost immediately. Had to return item. Macy's Customer Service department is excellent!

Shedding comforter

I washed this comforter and it had shed the green all over the white and I can’t get it off. I need to return this.

This comforter is crafted with a tufted cotton-blend chenille surface, and some light shedding, especially during the first few washes, can be expected as part of the fabric’s textured design. To help minimize this, we recommend washing it separately on a gentle cycle in cold water, then tumble drying on low with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore loft and redistribute fibers; any remaining lint or shedding can be removed with a lint brush or roller. Not happy with quality or color

The fabric doesn’t look like it will hold up well. There were threads of chenille falling out and the fabric is not smooth as it appears in the photo but rather woven. Also the color is not sage green, it’s more gray. It just looked cheap and drab.
