Love it.

We bought this for our grandchildren ages 4-7. From day one they loved it. We stayed a week and they played on it everyday. Worth the money.

Buyer’s Beware

Ordered for my son’s birthday. Said the item was shipped. 2 days before delivery I got an email saying the item was returned. Why are they doing this to everyone. Then the price when up, now it’s being sold by another company. Macys, what’s this???

Never received item

I bought and paid for my item and it was then shipped to me. After getting almost all the way here, a week later, I got an email that my item could not be delivered and was being sent back where it came from. I am absolutely frustrated and will never purchase anything from here again.

Big scam

I ordered this for my kids birthday gift and then they canceled my order and raised the price. They continued to sell the item at a higher price but told me they cannot ship it to me because they are sold out. Also not just Sugift but Macys is a scam too. They say the regular price is so much higher than it actually is making you think the discount is deep. They did it with this particular item as they increased both the sale price and regular price. Very disappointed. Macys had cancelled such orders before when I ordered a sale item. Beware when you buy from Macys. Not to be trusted.

ordered shipped and refunded

This Marketplace seller appears to have issues. You order, they email and show shipped then they refund you and nothing is received. Macy’s should remove them as a vendor. Other companies would never allow this behavior for their customers.

SCAM

I ordered it and tracking said it was sent, next time I look at the tracking it says it’s returning back to California. I tried calling the vendor several times but they don’t answer and Macy’s did not help at all.

BUYER BEWARE

I agree with all of the comments save yourself the trouble and do not order from this seller. My order was shipped and the day before delivery was requested to be returned by the seller. They need to be eliminated from being a vendor at Macys no integrity.
