Customer service not up to usual standard

Beautiful dishes, I bought two boxes. When I unboxed them one bowl was broken in half. I called Macy’s and also went to Macy’s to try to exchange the one box of dishes or even exchange the one broken bowl. I was told there wasn’t another set in our area. So I called a company named on the box in California and was told they would help me only if I had purchased the dishes online. So I have a service for 12 minus one bowl. Word of advice, before you purchase dishes at Macy’s, open the box in the store. If you purchased the dishes first, and anything is broken, know you are stuck with no customer service!

Not bad

Buying up some stuff for my college son who will be moving out (eventually) lol and this was a pretty good deal, Made it to Texas unbroken I was shocked really, The set is pretty nice everything you need even sauce bowls which is cool.

Poor packaging for shipping

Had to return both sets due to 4 of the 12 plates were delivered shattered...this was directly due to the way the dishes were boxed and packaged for delivery.

Beautiful Dinnerware

Beautiful dinnerware! Not one broken piece. A slight imperfection on one of the plates. Very pleased with large selection of bowls and plates. 😊
