Bought this item the day before Christmas. Received on New Year’s Day. Packaging was good enough to protect the box inside. Upon opening, the box inside had already been previously opened and may have been a return item. Additionally, the item was dusty not like a new box item. All the bags that came inside looked tampered. Called to talk to customer support but, couldn’t speak to a live person so live chat was their solution. After making my claim, they tell me that they will have an agent available until 33 minutes from replying! I asked if I could get an email or call back and never heard from again. Macy’s has fallen off so bad, that I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is probably the last time I buy here. Really sad to see another brick & mortar store fall so deep into dissatisfaction.

Disappointed

I ordered this online.I was so disappointed when it came today.It smells so bad.It was used the color was wrong.I was looking i'm excited to receive this.I was so disappointed.How can macy send me something that was used and smell?So bad I had to put it out in my garage.The box was damaged very, very disappointed

Poor packaging

It arrived outside the box inside a bigger box. It seems that was in displayed and someone tossed it in a box a sent it to me. Part were dint and damage due to this. This is the first time I have issues with Macy’s but still I’m disappointed

Instant Pot RIO Wide Plus 9 in 1 Multi Cooker!!!

I cooked an 8 pound corn beef using the pressure cooker function with my new Rio Multi Cooker, and oh my goodness it was AMAZING! And the better part to this recommendation is that it took an only an hour to cook. So, YES I strongly recommend the all new Instant Pot Rio.
