YOUGURT FEATURE CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED

We recently purchased the Instant Pot Rio wide for yogurt making, we were told by the floor salesperson we could customize temperature and hours, when we brought it home, the yogurt feature is set to 30 mins of warming then up to 12 hours max, I was looking for 36 hours. we ended up using the sous vide feature, which is customizable, we needed 36 hours to ferment L Reuteri probiotic at 100F degrees, that's how we were able to do our yogurt done, came out fantastic.

DISAPPOINTED

I was so excited for this new instant pot. what you guys send it to me, completely different product not what I exactly ordered. I just opened and right away returned it,In future I hope you guys not sent the used and different product. VERY DISAPPOINTED
