dissatisfied

worked for the first 6 weeks and then died. reached out to customer support and they did nothing but offer an apology. I am disappointed by a company that does not stand by their products. should have purchased elsewhere that cares about customers

Died on me

Had this for less than 6 months and it just died on me today, and the return policy was even less :( So now I’m just out the money and really sad about it…

Won’t work

Not even a month and it won’t work. When I plug it in, it has this green light blinking but won’t work. Can someone please help?
