The knob no longer works to operate machine

I have had less than a year and no longer works. the button will not turn or push in to operate. This machine had difficulties regulating temperature on air fry. what a disappointment and waste of money. I would not even give it a one for a rating, but you are made to select a rating of product.

Very Disappointed, would not recommend.

I had a single basket type air fryer by Nuwave and loved it. My family has recently grown by 3, so it was time for something larger. I should have bought a larger version of the Nuwave, but I was sold on being able to do a pizza. This thing takes a long time to preheat. It's very loud. A fan inside clangs a couple of times on startup. Both the catch pan and main rack are too narrow for the grooves inside. I was able to widen the rack by pounding it flatter with a rubber mallet. It does cook well. But I'm a little mad about all the other shortcomings. Too bad I didn't test it after setting it up. I threw the box away and didn't use it until about a week later. I would not buy again or recommend. Very disappointed for such a well known brand.

If you want an air fryer that does it all, this is a great choice. I love how quiet it is while not heating up my whole kitchen
