It does not look elegant, the inside is soft but the outside looks like a very cheap stuffed animal fur. I would not recomen it if you are looking for something sophisticated, that it was my case but if you are only looking to sleep in a very soft texture then this is your thing.

Beautifully made with attention to detail and extras like secured corners. The fit is generous. The sateen has a smooth finish that’s not slippery. These are in a nice luxurious heavier weight vs the 550 I typically buy. I wish they would have included 4 pillow cases with the king size as well as duvets in all the sheeting colors. (Right now only two colors are offered. This is a missed opportunity). Btw the colors like wisteria and vapor are stunning! Offering more bedding items in these colors (like blankets etc) would be another great addition to their private label program.

Have previously purchased with no issue this time around there was hair on the comforter?

The shaggy faux fur material in this duvet cover set can sometimes have minor shedding, especially with the first few uses. This is normal and not due to the product being returned or previously used. To minimize shedding, we recommend washing the duvet cover separately on a gentle cold cycle and tumble drying it on low heat or using the “air fluff” setting before first use. This helps remove loose fibers and reduce shedding. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to customer service so we can assist you further. Not a fan of this blanket. It’s super soft but the shag part is falling out. When I get up from using this blanket I’m covered in the blanket hairs. Same with pillow sham, it’s soft but way too slippery.
