Poor Quality

The suction cup did not hold, squeegee fell on the shower floor and broke in two pieces.

Not as advertised

This item arrived and it is only 8 inches instead of 12 inches. Either I received the wrong product or this is false advertising. Cannot get through to Macys to discuss.
