Does not stay on the outlet

I keep plugging this adapter over and over ant it keep falling, I am surprised that Macy's is selling this CHEAP, bad quality item. It does not matter what I do it keeps falling, I had to borrow someone else's adapter.

Piece of crap

wasn’t able to use the converter until after the return window closed. it wouldn’t stay in any outlet I tried, so it’s useless.

Worked perfectly

Worked perfectly on a recent trip to England, stayed plugged into the wall, and the USB ports were super convenient. Felt like a big upgrade from the adapter I had kept for 20 years.
