It’s a very easy setup/break down. The material is very durable and easy to clean. I was surprised by how bit it is, there is so much space and can fit about 8 people. The only downside I see is that the bubble/jet function only has one setting, I wish there was an option to lower the intensity. Despite this, I still rate it a 5/5 stars

2 years agoFeeling so refreshed after using it
Have been trying to decide between a blow up and a regular spa for some time now, Ultimately we decided on this spa, mainly because of convenience and cost. Set it up last week and WOW, it is pretty awesome! We used to have a regular spa year ago and I actually think I like this better, LOL. I actually really like how there are no seats, so you have more room to move around and stretch and relax. The bubbles are really relaxing! Sometimes with spas you get the jets that are just too hard, but not these. Almost perfect. Setup was a piece of cake too! Did it all myself in about an hour. Only took a day to heat up. So one thing I've noticed it that is sensitive to, is the E90 error code. I have gotten it a few times, only when I'm heating it. But realized that it was because I had both filters on. I kept just the one by the pump on, and that fixed the code from reappearing. Will have to report back with the longevity, which is what I'm most worried about, so we'll see. But for now, it's definitely a 5/5. We put this on our upstairs deck, which is also another reason we went with the blow up, since it weighs less and is now exactly where we want it! Making sure to keep it covered out of the sun, which would probably wear it out much sooner. If you're hesitant, don't be! It's awesome!!

I love this hot tub, and it comfortably fits 6 people. The temperature was easy to control and it was quick to assemble. It was larger than I expected but perfect for any size backyard.

My wife & I use it everyday. Extremely easy set up with clear directions. It takes about 20 hours to heat up when you first get started. Very well made product. It does get to 104 degrees, which is delightful for Winter months. Highly recommend this product.

We are obsessed with this hot tub! Unfortunately it’s still a bit cold in my area to set it up but after taking it out of the box it looks like it’s going to be a simple set up and we will soon be on our way to relaxing! I love that it’s 6 person and large enough for my husband and I and a couple of friends! It’s going to completely make evenings on the patio this summer.

Do not buy this product if you want support!
I am literally disgusted regarding the level of support for this product. Our Hot tub/spa is literally one month out of warranty and they’re refusing to do anything to help even though they initially said they would. Without their help, we have a pile of junk. When it worked, it worked fine then it started shutting down and restarting on its own without heating leaving us with a tub of cold water. The problem began.while it was still under warranty; I am thoroughly disappointed.
