Plastic storage boxes ordered and fixed.
No problem with getting the broken box replaced. Customer service was outstanding and although the storage boxes were from a third party vendor, the problem was taken care of as indicated by my initial call to customer service.

Arrived damaged.
Should have believed other reviewers' complaints regarding items arriving damaged. Sure enough, one of the four boxes and lids were broken. Didn't try to return for exchange/refund since I needed the bins- but value/cost for only 3 boxes is questionable.
Great for organizing
I made a point to organize my home as much as possible this year and this letter size file stackable boxes are great to sort out the family paperwork It’s very convenient to label each bin and the material it’s durable

Love the sturdiness
The file boxes are great - they are well made, the plastic is sturdy. I like how the sides have grooves to hang file folders on and the top snaps securely into place. Overall the boxes are very well made.

Exactly what I was looking for!
These boxes are exactly what I was looking for! In all honesty, I use these to organize and store my holiday decorations and they work perfectly! They're sturdy enough to hold lots of stuff, they stack well on top of one another, and the clear lid allows me to see what's inside.

Overall IRIS is the best brand for storage. This is no doubt the best set of file boxes I’ve had. I’m never concerned about bucking of the box like I would be with other brands. They stack well and are the best out there.

Sturdy
These are very well built and sturdy storage boxes. I’ve encountered some in the past that have been flimsy and weak…. Well not these ones from iris. I like that I can store all my receipts and documents for my small business in these. I sell clothes and shoes on platforms and keeping my sales of receipts organized can be difficult. So this iris storage has come in handy. It fits right under my table without it being in the way. The lid snaps on tight and I really like the black color because sunlight can’t get in and ruin my receipts.
