Love it!
I absolutely love the style and functionality of this cutting board. It is so beautifully made and looks great in my kitchen. I use it to cut on and also as a charcuterie board for special occasions. I've received so many compliments on it. The channel picks up all the juices as I'm cutting and I'll even sweep any seeds into it which helps to get them from sticking to the product I'm cutting. The board is very sturdy and nicely made.

Beautiful cutting board
I believe a good cutting board is a must. It’s an item that gets used in my house almost on a daily basis. Not only do I use my cutting boards for cutting/food prep, but as serving pieces. This is a lovely looking board. For starters the coloring of the wood is beautiful. It has a mixture of darker and lighter areas. I don’t store my boards away, they sit out for quick access and even though this board is large, it doesn’t take up much room since I keep it vertical. I love how thick thick it is also. It feels sturdy and has been nice to cut on. Most boards are thinner and my cutting hand is always hitting the counter, but this larger prep board has some height and keeps my cutting motion fluid. The weight is a bit heavier then my other boards, but with this being a high quality board, I don’t see this as a negative. This cutting board also has a nice liquid catching channel, it goes all around the board and is also on the opposite side! Most boards have it only on one side, but this board is etched on both. Whenever I cut larger meats like chicken, this will come in handy with the run off, and will make clean up so much easier. Besides using this for prep/cutting, I’ll use it to serve food on. I did a meat and cheese board with it, it looked lovely on this board. I definitely will need to pick up the recommended food grade mineral oil for it, to keep it from drying out. This large cutting board is an item I’ll be happy to recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful
I really like this board. It looks beautiful. I like how deep the channels are. I was surprised at how light the board is making easier to handle. I do wonder if it the wood is glued together and if I any will transfer into my food.

Ironwood Large Prep Cutting Board with Channel
This is such a beautiful piece! The wood is lovely and it is very sturdy. I love the channel at the edges to catch juices or bits that flow off. Cleaning it is easy. This cutting board is a nice addition to any kitchen.

Lovely with 2 small exceptions
I know that each board is different and you can end up with one that looks nothing like another. I was sad to see that mine did have a bright yellow piece of wood right in the middle of the board. It's not the end of the world but it is noticeable enough that it slightly bothers me. I am going to see about staining just that part. The second thing that bothers me is that it has no legs on the bottom and slides all over the place which is annoying. I bought some super cheap clear feet and will put them on myself. Those are the only two cons because this board is truly beautiful minus the small cosmetic flaw. I have other Ironwood products and can attest that they are built with tremendous quality. This is the perfect size for my countertop to cut up an entire meal. I have a smaller one I use for smaller prep but this can handle a lot of food. I haven't used it for cooked meat as I am waiting for the non-skid stuff to come in. This elevated my kitchen counters in such a simple way. My previous cutting board was the same size and perfectly fine but a tan color of the wood and I prefer the darker wood. I feel like it's classier and overall absolutely love it. The feet missing is quite strange as my other Ironwood products have always had them. These may have just been forgotten and is certainly nothing to over-worry about. I recommend any other products they make. They are timeless and tough. You will see knife cuts but the mineral oil will help with that.

Yup, its gorgeous! Super durable, and looks so good sitting out on the counter. Cleans great and easily. The channel is so helpful and holds more than I imagined.

Absolutely beautiful and useful board
I do a ton of cooking, grilling and entertaining. I cannot tell you how frequently complimented I am when it comes to this cutting board. I know that sounds weird to say but it is true! It's very versatile and wether it be utilized for cutting a brisket or serving a charcuterie - it does the job and it does it well. Not very heavy and hand washes easily. Absolutely love "showing it off" and using it on a weekly basis.
