Cute with some issues

I really like this dress but there were a couple of issues with it that made me return it. The positives - it is very roomy and the material is thick and high quality. For reference, I am 5'3", about 115 lbs with an athletic build, larger bust (32DD). I typically order a small in a dress to accommodate my bust but this small was too loose and an XS would have been a better fit, even in the bust. The other issue with the particular dress I received is that the waistline was slightly crooked - this speaks to quality control and it may have been only this particular dress that wasn't quite right in this way. I think the dress is now on clearance and XS was not an option - if it had been, I would have tried again with the hope the waist would be straight, because it is indeed a very cute dress. Hope this helps.
