a little trouble with fit, but good tunic sweatshi

I'm giving it 4 because I like it, but had to send the XS back because the sleeves were a tad short. I re-ordered the S and the sleeves fit better, but the body is a little looser than I'd like. I'm not extremely small, but I sometimes have trouble with sizing anyway. Fabric is soft, washed and dried it to see if I could shrink it a bit. It didn't seem to shrink.
