Waistband gave the poor quality away b4

As soon as I opened the package the waistband gave the poor quality away before even trying on. It was barely keeping its form before I tried them on and instantly upon wearing it was twisting. Way too short too.

Too short

The skirt is oddly shaped and the panty underneath is way too large. The skirt hikes up in the back and does not provide enough coverage. I am 5'2 and I thought the skirt is too short. The elastic of the waist rolls around and I hate that. I found myself constantly pulling down the skirt in the back and once I lifted it, I saw that the panties showed more than I intend to display. Sending back ASAP.
