Used Dirty House Shoe

I’m very upset! I bought these house shoes for my fiancee for Father’s Day. I gave him his gift, he took the shoe out of the box to put them on this morning! And the shoe was worn already the bottom of the shoe had cracked open from the bottom to the inside of the shoe! Inside the shoe it had white dog hair on it! It was dirty it was nasty! I’m very embarrassed and upset to give a gift to someone I love and it was already tore up!!!!! I will never buy anything else in a box from from Macy’s without opening it up at the store first and check it out first before I purchase it again! No I have to go back to the store and it says this was the final sale because it was on sale! I refuse not to receive my money back or another shoe that’s brand new! I will be asking to speak to the supervisor when I get to the store!

Run small.

These are nice! Order the next size up. Unfortunately for me, the XXLs, 13-14, are more like an 11-12 XL. As I wear a 13, they do not offer a pair to fit me.
