Called last week, item shows that it was delivered, which is not true, item was not delivered and when I checked it said that item was returned to original sender. Talked to someone in customer service, I am not satisfied., if I could put no stars at all I would.

Sizing is very small

I wear a size 5 shoe, and the 6/7 (noted as Small on the packaging) fits perfectly. It would be impossible for anyone who wears a size 6 or 7 to get this slipper on. Since it fits my size 5 foot I find it comfortable, and I am happy with the purchase.
