Website sizing is wrong

They feel nice but the sizing on the site is wrong. I ordered a 7/8 online but the slippers are actually a 6/7. So they were too small for the person for which I purchased them. I would say order a size up but since they are x/y sizing I’m not even sure what a size up would have been like. You’ll sweat in them pretty quickly as well. They’re definitely “door to mailbox” slippers rather than house shoes

Sized Incorrectly

The size was incorrectly labeled. Must have been 2 sizes smaller than labeled. Worse, I could not return/exchange because it was labeled a "Last Act items are final sale, no returns allowed". No wonder, the size was incorrect and you cannot return or exchange.

I’m really, really glad I got these.
