2 OUT OF 3 FAILED

Had to send back 2 out of 3 Isotoner Terry Ballerina slippers. I washed the black pair and let it air dry; it didn't survive. The insole's filling balled up. One of the gray pair was tooI big. The left slipper was so big it fell off my foot. The right one was so big my big toe slid off the thick sole.
