Used product

While this perfume is fantastic and remains my personal favorite, I will no longer purchase it from Macy's. They sent me a used item that appeared to be a previous return. It is unacceptable to pay full price expecting a brand-new product, only to receive something used or damaged. It seems they completely lack quality control in their shipping process.
