Actually Works!

Sun freckles around my eyes were becoming more apparent. Bye Bye Dark Spots 4% Niacinamide Concentrated Serum has been used by me for about 5 weeks now. Each week my skin appears brighter, most of the freckles have disappeared or lightened dramatically. ME: I have a medium olive complexion. This DID NOT give me a break out or a reaction. Many products have an objectionable ingredient(s) that cause me sensitivity reactions and this did not. I highly recommend this. I will continue to use this because it has been effective.
