Formula was great, what I could get of it

Dispensing was the reason for the lower review. It squirted out and all over the place except on my finger! Inquired if I could get a dropper and could not

Is it supposed to be brown?

Bought this last month, but when I went to apply it for the first time this morning, it was very runny and brown in color. Is this normal? I'm hesitant to use again.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about Bye Bye Dullness Vitamin C Serum! This serum does have the thinnest consistency of our 4 newly launched serums! IT contains 15% pure vitamin C to help boost radiance and defend against free radicals and is also formulated with vitamin E to help nourish skin with hydration. When in the vitamin C is in high concentration, the serum will have a yellowish color; but as it oxidizes, it will turn brown/orange, so this is normal. We hope this helps clarify! XOXO

didnt love it

I should have read the reviews. I love It Cosmetics, but this product fell short. It is very runny and doesn-t smell like citrus- it actually doesnt smell great.
