I am so disappointed in the formulation change. I have been using this product in Porcelain Beige for years and love it. I use it instead of foundation most days. However I was surprised when I opened my most recent jar and saw a significant color difference. It is MUCH darker and more red/orange toned. This is the lightest shade that's available so I can't imagine what people with fairer skin than I have could use. I didn't try it since I had already done my makeup with the old jar so I can't say anything about the consistency but I am worried based on other reviews saying it's more watery than it used to be. I have such a hard time finding products to match my skin tone and I am really concerned that my go-to product will now be another I'm unable to use.

what happened to the formula??
What happened to the old formula?? I completely agree with the reviewer who said the new formula is watery and orange. I recently ordered 4 containers and 3 are the ‘old’ regular kind (truly neutral, nice and creamy with great coverage) and one is the ‘new’ formula. The difference is crazy. As someone with severe rosacea, this used to be my holy grail product. Also, the old formula containers are not nearly filled enough. Where is the quality control and why was such a great product changed?

Works and red and blue too
I have been looking for something to cover the dark blue circles under my eyes. I see all the tiktok type ads of women using new creams and voila it covers their dark circles and I buy it and nope it doesnt work. I had a jar of this Bye Bye Redness neutralizing cream I used on red spots on my face but never tried it under my eyes...duh...I finally tried it and it worked. It neutralized the blue color. So it doesnt just work on redness...it works on blue too!! It isn't greasy, it's kind of a powdery texture when you put it on lightly. Great buy!

Does a great job at reducing redness
This cream goes on easily, like that it doesn’t have a strong scent, no sunscreen in it, and color matches my skin tone.

need the old formula back
Please bring back the old formula and the colors. This new formula is like water and neutral beige is too orange. The old formula was absolutely dreamy and neutral beige was perfect. This new product is not IT.

Ruined- Totally Changed
I have used this for years with no issues. It was my holy grail for redness. I used it everyday but not anymore. It’s completely changed now. The color is way darker and has horrible added peach orange tones. Why would they add orange tones to something to help with redness?! Not only that but it’s much thinner so you need to use a lot more for coverage. It also irritated my skin which has never happened before. I am extremely disheartened that my beloved redness corrector has been completely ruined.
Light beige is now medium tan with orange tint
This is not the same product I have ordered for years. I have an old one and the color does not match at all, the old light beige was neutral beige, this is orange ish tan color , and the consistency very liquidy unlike how it used to be.
