Horrible will not ever buy jewelry from Macys

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has only worn it a couple times that we have been out and it has already broke. Macys will not fix or replace. Bad quality as well as customer service. This bracelet should not have broke within 2 months.

It’s pretty fragile. Doesn’t even come in a nice box i had to go to the store and get one just to make the gift look presentable. way too expensive for what it is. don’t waste your money

Bracelet broke 2 months after purchase

While pretty, the bracelet broke 2 months to the day after I purchased it. I should have listened to the other reviews and not purchased it.
