I felt I’d been scammed

I bought this heart bracelet for a present and when I got it, it was complete disappointment. The wrapping paper seemed to have been cut and scotch-taped by a 3-year old. The note saying “I love you” looked like it had been typed on an old typewriter with a missing ribbon. But the worst was the bracelet itself: it was tiny. The chain is hair-thin and its circumference was too small even for a small girl. You should describe your products better and say that the bracelet is for infants. I needed up buying another present for I didn’t want the embarrassment of giving that mockery of a present. Fortunately, the wrapping was so horrible that I peeked in the box
