Poor Quality

The chain looked beautiful and felt great when being worn. Unfortunately, it broke within the first two weeks of buying it. I’m questioning the quality of the gold, and now also have to go out of my way to try and get it fixed. Turnaround time from the order and price were great, but I’m severely disappointed in Macy’s for selling a premium product that ended up being so porous.

Not Worth It

The chain is very light and really not of good quality. My son was taking it off his neck and it broke on him. Macys doesn't seem to warranty it after 30 days so I'll have to get a jeweler to repair it at my expense. I don't think I'd buy anything at Macys of value like this again.

cheap looking

Looks cheap, very light and it doesn’t look like real gold . Too expensive for how it look. Very disappointing
