Scratchy

This has no shape, it’s like a grey collared potato sack.

Cheap fabric, collar is very high on the neck

I was very disappointed in the fabric and design of the dress. Not meant for women who are busty unless you have a tiny waist. The collar was very high on my neck and was uncomfortable - and I have a long neck and have no problems with turtlenecks. The fabric was very thin and scratchy.

Love it. This is exactly the quality you would expect from Ivanka. Great style, Great fit. Great material.
