Beautiful Dress

I ordered a size 4 and I normally wear a size 8. Not sure why size #’s run small. I am 5’9” and the dress hits me way below the knee and not as shown so I don’t like that. It is a beautiful dress and the fabric and quality in the way it is sewn is outstanding. I am not sure if I will keep the dress yet based on its length.
