Great dress but needs to be fixed already

I love this dress. It looks a wonderful on as it does in the picture. However, after one wear, the seam in the back came undone, only to find out that it looks like it was never sewn completely. It is unwearable until I get it fixed. I bought the dress on sale. I love the dress, but extremely disappointed that I need to fix it after one wearing. The fabric is not cheap but apparently the sewing was half done.
