Not durable

Handles started to peal a month after purchasing. Knife blades are good and hold an edge well. The finish on the handles coming off was a big let down

Nice knives, but-----

I was excited to get these knives for a great price, BUT the Santika knife had a hook on the end, a possible manufacturer defect. I can't return these to Macy's because the set was " last act." Anyway, my husband managed to file the defect off, so the hook is now gone.
