My worst nightmare, don't buy it

This product is adherent, even eggs stick on this pan. It was a waste of money. Not only every food gets sticked here, but this pan gets scratched easily. DO K NOT BUY IT , PLEASE!

BEST NON STICK EVER

These are fantastic. Had them a couple years and still super slippery. You must follow the directions which clearly state No high heat and let cool before washing. You’ll definitely damage the non-stick if you overheat or put cold water on a hot ceramic pan.

Amazing cookware

Stylish and sturdy, holds up well with normal cooking. Just don't use metal in the pans, as it can scratch it.

Good So Far

So far, I’ve made several omelettes and a pork chop dinner with a jam sauce in these pans. The non-stick qualities have been fantastic in my limited use of these pans. I did also order the 8” pan which was damaged when it arrived (chips in the ceramic coating). Zwilling was a breeze to deal with on the phone to get the item replaced, I just hope it wasn’t an indicator of the ceramic coating being super fragile. So far so good, but we shall see about long term use.

Great pan

Wonderful piece of cookware! Looks and feels like quality. So far so good, have not had it for long enough to judge the cooking properties.

Great value for the set

Good nonstick healthy choice surface. Food slides right off. Had no issues frying eggs or other foods. Rinsed clean easily. Wish they came with a lid.

Well built, non-stick seems slippery as if buttered. Seems heavy duty and has a great handle design.
